What if I want original artwork?

Available original will be listed on this website. They come with white matting board only, not framed. We strongly advise having your original artwork professionally framed under glass. For the longevity of your piece do not position in direct sunlight.

How much is shipping?

For Prints up to A2 size.
$15 AUD Flat rate Australia wide in accordance with Australia Post.
$30 AUD Flat rate International in accordance with Australia Post.

Shipping for larger prints will be priced according to weight and advised.
Shipping of Original Artwork will also be advised as different packaging is required.

Do prints come framed?

No. All prints are packed with the greatest of care and delivered to Australia Post by us.

Why do larger prints take longer to ship?

All prints over A2 size are custom orders and printed upon request to provide the best quality product and prevent waste.

I’ve just placed an order, how do I add to it without paying shipping twice?

Simply contact via email within 24 hours of original order and as long as your order has not been shipped, we will happily add to your order.

What if I change my mind?

If your order hasn’t been shipped and is not a special order, absolutely! However, if your order has been shipped/received by you when the change of mind occurs, unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our products. We do not accept returns.

If for some reason the wrong product is dispatched to you, simply photograph and email us and we will happily fix the error.

What if my print arrives damaged?

All of our products are lovingly delivered to Australia Post in excellent condition. Great care has been taken on our end to deliver a beautiful package to you. Once it has left us, however, we have no control over the delivery. We use Australia Post as we believe they are a premium service and it would be extremely rare to receive damaged goods. While we sincerely apologise if this occurs, no refunds or replacements will be offered by us. See terms & conditions for links to Australia Post.

What if the colour on my print/original artwork/product looks slightly different on my computer monitor, can I get a refund/exchange?

Computer monitors can vary from ours to yours we can not guarantee they will be exactly the same. Refunds are not given due to monitor discrepancies..

Do prints fade?

We use the best archival ink available, however, if displayed in direct sunlight they may fade over time.

Do you take commissions?

Absolutely! As long as the subject is within our genre and captures us artistically/creatively.
